We are unable to issue refunds; however, we will accept unworn items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com with proof of purchase (receipt or order number), in their original packaging, within 10 days of delivery or store pickup for exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: we reserve the right to use our professional discretion to decline returns and/or limit exchange transactions.
Engraved or hand stamped items, up-cycled pieces and custom-made orders are final sale.
Sale Orders and Promotions
All sale and discounted items are final sale without exception; however, they are still eligible for repair.
Due to the one-of-a kind nature of these items, SCOSHA VINTAGE pieces are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery or store pickup with a $50 restocking fee. Item must be in it's original condition.
APOTHECARY & HOME GOODS
We will accept ceramics, candles and other home items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store with proof of purchase, in their original packaging, within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Apothecary items such as lotions, perfumes, soaps, and essential oils are final sale for sanitary reasons.
Please include your return form inside the package with your item(s) for return/exchange. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone, email address, and reason for return. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDER?
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email email@example.com ASAP to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM AS A GIFT?
Items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com and received as gifts may be eligible for exchange/store credit depending on when and where the person purchased it. We will need the name of the person who purchased the gift and the approximate date so we can look up the order number. We reserve the right to decline these returns and/or limit exchange transactions.
