We will accept unworn items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com with proof of purchase (receipt or order number), in their original packaging, within 10 days of delivery or store pickup. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Engraved or hand stamped items, up-cycled pieces and custom-made orders are final sale. No exceptions.
Sale Orders and Promotions
All sale and discounted items are final sale without exception; however, they are still eligible for repair.
SCOSHA Vintage pieces are eligible for return within five days of delivery or store pickup with a $50 restocking fee. Item must be in original condition.
APOTHECARY & HOME GOODS
We will accept ceramics, candles and other home items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store with proof of purchase, in their original packaging, within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Apothecary items such as lotions, perfumes, soaps, and essential oils are final sale for sanitary reasons.

If you have made a full-price purchase on an item, you may be eligible for a price adjustment within seven (7) days. Price adjustments are not eligible on items that were purchased at a discounted or sale price.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDER?
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM AS A GIFT?
Items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com and received as gifts may be eligible for exchange/store credit depending on when and where the person purchased it. We will need the name of the person who purchased the gift and the approximate date so we can look up the order number. We reserve the right to decline these returns and/or limit exchange transactions.
