WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
We will accept all items for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Items are to be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All sale items are final sale.

We will repair any Scosha item purchased at our flagship store or through scosha.com. Please click here to download a repair form.

WHAT METALS DO YOU USE?
LADIES/GENTS COLLECTIONS: 10k gold, .925 sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver and yellow brass.

FINE JEWELRY: 14k and 18k gold.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

IS YOUR FULL COLLECTION AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Only the most current SCOSHA collections are available on our website to purchase. For questions on older styles, please e-mail info@scosha.com. 

DO YOU OFTER GIFT WRAPPING?
All orders are wrapped in our Scosha packaging. If you need pieces wrapped separately, please indicate this in the comments section during checking out.

 
IS MY TRANSACTION SAFE?
All payment information is handled privately on a secure server and is not retained or seen on our end.
 
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items are made to order and lead time of 10 business days.

Our Brooklyn store will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY?
We recommend that you place all Christmas orders by December 14th. Please contact info@scosha.com for all expedited shipping inquiries.
IMPORTANT: Because many of our pieces are handmade, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after December 14th. However, we will do our very best to accommodate all requests. 
No orders will ship between December 23rd and January 5th, as the production studio will be closed.
