Our items are modern heirlooms built to last a lifetime. Each style has been carefully crafted by hand to withstand everyday wear, but be mindful that they are still made from precious metals and delicate stones. With proper care, your jewelry will continue to razzle-dazzle.
We’re always here if your braid unravels or you lose a stone. We go the extra mile so your jewelry can, too. For more information on how to best care for your jewelry, please refer to our How to Care Guide.
We offer a six month guarantee on items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com with proof of purchase (receipt or order number). All jewelry purchased within the past six months is eligible for complimentary repair for any breakage caused by manufacturer defect; however, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Repairs needed after six months from purchase, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense.
We may not be able to repair older styles due to unavailable components. We reserve the right to deny repairs.

Please include your Repair Form inside the package with your item(s) for repair. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone, email address, and reason for repair. You should include all components to your jewelry (all charms, chains, stones, etc).

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?
Once we have received your item(s), we will contact you in 2-3 business with an accurate estimate. For any size, color, stone or metal changes, fees will apply. All repairs are subject to a standard 4-week lead time.
CAN MY REPAIR BE EXPEDITED?
We are able to prioritize certain repairs after evaluating the components of each piece. Expedited service is subject to assessment and an additional fees.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDER?
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email info@scosha.com ASAP to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED MY ITEM THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER?
We do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third-party retailers. Any jewelry needs (returns, repairs, exchanges) for pieces purchased from one of our authorized retailers must be facilitated through them.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM AS A GIFT?
Items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com and received as gifts may be repaired by us depending on when and where the person purchased it. We will need the name of the person who purchased the gift and the approximate date so we can look up the order number. We reserve the right to decline these repairs or charge a fee.
DO YOU REPAIR SCOSHA VINTAGE PIECES?
The heirloom jewelry from our SCOSHA VINTAGE is sold as-is. We will describe any notable wear or damage as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability. Vintage and antique jewelry has likely survived generations and will show wear consistent with age. We believe that this wear isn't a defect; it's proof that the piece has been worn with love. We are only selling pieces that we've determined are in wearable condition. That being said, antique jewelry and should be handled with extra care. We will assess all repair requests on SCOSHA VINTAGE pieces on a case-by-case basis. Please request a repair for SCOSHA VINTAGE pieces via vintage@scosha.com.
