We offer a 30-day guarantee on items purchased at our Williamsburg store or through scosha.com with proof of purchase(receipt or order number). Within the 30 day guarantee, we will cover the repair fee unless we determine that the damage is not caused by Scosha and Co.
After the 30-day period, we will review the item and determine pricing for the repair. Note that since our jewelry is made-to-order with specifically selected stones and other elements, we may not be able to repair your older styles due to unavailable components. We reserve the right to deny repairs.
