SALES ASSOCIATE

Position Overview:

The SCOSHA Sales Associate will be accountable for creating an excellent customer experience, they will be responsible for driving sales, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize our client inquiries and activities
  • Ability to comprehend and respond to all customer queries with immediate resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be passionate about the brand and product
  • Arranging and replenishing inventory on the store floor
  • Checking pricing and tagging all merchandise
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy store
  • Administrative Duties.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday)
  • Ability to work efficiently with a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail, taking initiative, and promotes a positive working environment
  • Ability to work well with others to collectively exceed store sales
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Identifying customer needs and directing them to an appropriate product.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, fashion brand environment
  • Experience working with affluent and luxury brands an asset.

Job-Type:

  • Part-time — 2-3 days a week, including weekends.

JEWELRY PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Position Overview:

The SCOSHA studio is looking for a jewelry production person to work part-time two to three days per week and additionally at home. You would be working closely with the designer on new pieces, production for wholesale and retail, adjusting existing pieces, as well as handling repairs.

We offer a very creative environment and are committed to creating work to the highest standards.

Qualifications for Jewelry Production include:

  • Working with fibers
  • Able to identify and manipulate jewelry components
  • Close attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Must be able to multi task and have good time management skills working in a fast paced production studio
  • Previous experience in the jewelry field is an asset.
